Terms of Service

The service

Keela provides private, scheduled group video calls. Your group chooses call times; at those times Keela rings each member's device, and answering joins a live group video room. Keela is currently in beta and provided free of charge; features and availability may change.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Keela.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your device secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members of your groups.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute calls without the consent of everyone on the call.
• Use Keela for unlawful purposes or to transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Group admins can remove members, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content and privacy

Calls are live and are not recorded by Keela. Group names, photos, and membership are visible only to members of that group. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.

Beta software

Keela is distributed through TestFlight as beta software. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calls may occasionally fail, and features may change or be removed without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keela and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
